What is an Integrative Health Coach?

Integrative Health Coaches empower clients to make lasting health behavior changes to support lifelong well-being. They bridge the gap between information and transformation – inspiring change that is sustainable.

Coaches focus on engaging individuals in their own health choices, resulting in better outcomes. We create individualized plans based on your vision. Our non-judgmental coaching partnership complements the treatment you are already receiving from your health care providers. Coaches respect the self-healing capacity of humans and honor the mind-body connection. We can recommend integrative therapies to support your health goals, including, nutrition counseling, massage, acupuncture, movement, hypnosis, art, and mindfulness.
