Roaming Wellness™ Program

An evidence-based resilience program designed to reduce burnout by educating healthcare workers in three key areas of engagement: social/emotional, behavioral, and cognitive. Results are improved performance, workplace satisfaction, and enhanced retention.

Program Services

Education

Health Coaches focus on key principals of Dr. Amit Sood’s SMART Resiliency Training to reduce burnout by enhancing resilience, promoting safety and inspiring self-care so healthcare workers can succeed.

Breathe & Stretch

Health Coaches lead 5-10 minute sessions on proper breathing and stretching techniques that will ease pains, headaches, anxiety, and tension while promoting the staff to be happier, more at ease, and more alert while on their feet all day.

Stress Resiliency Coaching

One on one sessions to check in with an individual’s personal battles with stress, anxiety, and depression to develop personalized plans and techniques for sustainable behavior change.

Pump Ups

A 5-minute energizing practice to release tension and increase productivity.

Experiential Services

Health Coaches and integrative therapists travel to the floors of the hospital to engage nurses and healthcare workers on their unit, meeting them where they are at.

Shake It Out

An energized moving meditation guided by a Health Coach to literally shake off the stress, bad outcomes, aches, and frustrations leading to more ease, focus, and calm.

Resiliency Workshops

Workshops from our trained experts that teach easy and applicable techniques to help employees bounce back from stressful situations, learn how to become resilient in everyday life, and prevent compassion fatigue.
